You know how it is: perfection paralyses, progress happens step by step. As a leader, you rarely reward the perfect result, but rather the feasible one that moves things forward.
For me, “done is better than perfect” means making decisions in a timely manner, even if they are not thought through down to the last detail.
80 percent clarity, then act. Leave room for adjustments. Because perfection does not happen overnight. It is the result of a growing process.
Your competitive advantage is therefore the speed at which you make decisions.
Question for you today: Are you waiting too long for the perfect setting, or are you taking the next clear step today – right now?
I'm curious – what quick step has helped you move forward recently? Share it in the comments.
