Renounce perfection and focus on determination

determination

As CEO, you don't always have to be right. But you do have to make decisions.

Leadership means clarity in the moment and the ability to act even with incomplete information, to take responsibility and to readjust flexibly. Because sometimes pausing is more expensive than not taking the perfect step.

Ask yourself these questions to make clearer decisions in times of uncertainty:

  1. What is the best possible next step with the information available to me?

  2. What short and long-term effects can I expect?

  3. What do I need to be able to readjust quickly if necessary?

How do you deal with decisions when you don't have 100% of all the necessary information?
