The greatest mistake we make...

...is living in constant fear that we will make one.

John C. Maxwell sums it up perfectly. I notice time and time again that true leadership does not come from perfection, but from the courage to make decisions, take risks, and learn from setbacks.

Many of us are so focused on avoiding mistakes that we stifle progress and hold ourselves back. I have learned that mistakes are not a weakness, but a help.

In my role, you quickly realize that a growth mindset wins more than a flawless track record. It's about learning from every mistake, adjusting steps quickly, and still staying on a clear course.

Those who admit that something can go wrong and communicate this openly build trust. This requires courage, guidance, and a culture in which mistakes are not punished but used.

So I ask you: What lesson did you learn from your biggest mistake? How are you building a learning culture in your environment today that promotes courage instead of fear?
